I am on Grand at this time. It is very easy and fast to order alcohol to your cabin. About 10 minutes delivery. Today we are in Maui and we are not allowed to drink on the ship because of a liquor license issue so we ordered 2 bottles delivered last night for this evening. We will carry a glass with us to dinner, on the decks or in our room. Just can’t purchase today.

We bought Princess transfers for our Oct. 9th cruise on the Majestic. It was fine, but have gotten spoiled with Uber. The bus was slow and crowded. We cancelled our transfer back to LAX and used Uber.

It is supposed to be 2 bottles every day. On our recent cruise on the Royal, 12-14-19 we didn't even meet our steward until the second day. No water was provided, except the 2 in the minibar. After 3 days, I wrote him a note asking for 2 bottles of water, advising him it was a suite perk. Got them that day, but never again. It was dissapointing.

Thank you for posting, we sail on the 14th to Mexico on the Royal

We have stayed in those mini's under Club Fusion on the Emerald in January 2019. We didn't hear any noise. We loved the location, and that the balcony was covered.

Thank you for your Live from the Crown. I have been following and have enjoyed your posts. Our next cruise is on 12-14-19 on the Royal to Mexico. We are taking our family and I can't wait. Your post has been theraputic for me. Phyllis

There was 4 years ago, my husband was sick and we had to cancel our excursion. I took the shuttle into town and walked around.
-
The Crown Plaza does have a shuttle but it is not very organized. We have walked in the area and were not hassled much. In the daytime it seemed safe, I would be a little more concerned at night.

Thank you, yes we are aware, that he can do and so can I. The hardest thing for us was the lack of space, we were tripping over all the cords and having that couch made him much more comfortable. That is that for us, we need the extra space.

My husband had a lung removed almost 5 years ago. The first cruise we took after his surgery I thought our cruising days were over, he had a terrible time getting around. We have taken three cruises since that one and I have rented a scooter through Special Needs Group toll free 1-800-513-4515. It is in our cabin when we board the ship. The last cruise we took 1-18 through the Panama Canal we again booked our usual balcony cabin, but with a concentrator, and a scooter in the room we were way too crowded. For this January I have booked a mini and am looking forward to it. Hope this helps, do let Princess know, because you will need help with getting an approved extension cord from your room steward. Thank you all for good information, I have booked Double Tree I think it will fit our needs better. It used to be easier when my husband was in good health, but the last time we stayed at Crown Plaza it was really hard on him. Having to stand in line for the shuttle and the pushing and shoving took a lot out of him. The Double Tree sounds like it will work better for us.

Thank you both for this great information. I believe I'm leaning toward the Double Tree. We have also experienced the pushing and shoving for the shuttle to the port. We found it very unpleasant and stressful. Don't want to start a vacation that way.

Doing Hawaii Cruise on Princess 1-18-19. We have stayed at Crown Plaza many times over the years. I am seeing very good reviews for Double Tree. Does anyone have experience with both? I would like an opinion about which one you enjoyed more. I have not been as impressed with Crown Plaza as we were 10 years ago. Thank you

We used the Princess transfer. Very easy and efficient. Copenhagen was a very nice airport, nice stores and places to eat. Everyone we dealt with spoke and understood English.

Kids are allowed we took our five grandchildren this pass July and they were very welcomed and catered too. They are not babies, our youngest was 10.

We went to the Crown Grill on Day 7 of our July 1, 2017 cruise on Ruby. I called that Friday morning and had no problem getting a early reservation for our party of 13. It was not very busy in the restaurant, I think most people made the most of their time in Victoria.

We just did this on Ruby in July for our 50th. We had brought our 3 daughters, spouses and 5 grandchildren ages 10, 12, 14, 18, and 20. They did a wonderful job. I had expected a group ceremony, but it was just us. There were others doing the same thing but they spaced them about 15 minutes apart. It felt very special to us. We also had some friends and relatives with us, 21 in all. Not a dry eye in the house.

My husband has been using oxygen pretty much 24-7 for 3 years. We rent a small quiet one from OxiMedical in Glendale Az. Phone number 866-6969558 it fits in our carry-on. We do check the bag if we are on a direct flight. They have been great to work with, and can possibly help you with your needs. We also bought an inogen G3 that he uses on the plan and excursions.

Thank you very much

We are sailing on Ruby to Alaska in July with 5 grandchildren under 21. Question I have never looked inside the arcade and don't know weather their cruise cards are used for game play or if they need cash?

My daughter sent me this link. It is through Shutterfly. Hope it works for you. pix.sfly.com/xZWreMyX

Thanks for the pictures, we have booked that room for our 3 grandsons, they will be 20, 18, and 14 when we sail on 7-1-17. It's our 50th anniversary cruise and we will be taking our whole family. Looking at the pictures you posted they should be quite comfortable.

Thank you all again, you have been very helpful as always. We are very excited to finally experience a back to back!

Just got off of Diamond on Sunday. Crooners Bar also had coffee drinks. The only cookies available were chocolate chip and lemon. No peanut butter.
