That is first come first served. I typically get there 15-20 minutes prior.

On the Glory in Feb they ran out of iced tea. Ended up doing fresh brewed tea.

Couple of specific questions...
1) Are the cabin walls metal?
2) Is there shampoo, etc in the shower?
3) Is there a hair dryer in the cabin?

Not having sailed NCL for some time, what are the need to know items for this ship?
For example, Carnival has a Dr. Seuss breakfast. Does the Dawn have anything like this?
Are there any can't miss items on this ship? Any secret locations?
Any help would be much appreciated!

It's been about 6 years since I cruised on NCL. I just booked an offer I received from Harrah's Atlantic City. Does anyone know what time of items/promos I will receive with this offer? Does NCL have a free drinks in the casino card, etc?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I know this has been talked about in the past, but does anyone know anything about booking another cruise while onboard?
We know the exact cruise we want, but what is the benefit to booking onboard? Do you still get OBC?
Thanks in advance for your help!

There is a table in the atrium upon boarding to book the breakfast. You can also call the Dr. Seuss direct line on the ship. Not sure of the number but it is posted on all Fun Times.
The parade is typically held on Tuesday on the Pride and the breakfast is Saturday. Both are a great time!
Enjoy your cruise!

I did this 2 years ago! I surprised my husband for our anniversary and my parents for their anniversary! It was awesome!
Now that I see this post, you have my wheels turning again! May just have to plan a surprise New Years cruise for 2017-2018! :D

It was down last July as well as this past January. We leave Sunday; we'll see if its back up by then!

On this itinerary in 10 days! Your video made me feel like I was on the ship already! Thank you!

Keeps telling me it can't apply the code to my order.

Any update to this schedule? Cruising on Pride in July and the last date on the ship is June 19th.

We are going on an 8-day cruise on the Pride from Baltimore in April and my 5 and 2 year old will be with us. I chose a cruise and specifically Carnival bc of the kids program but i can't find any really detailed info or tips.
Does anyone have their schedule? Do they have themed parties that the kids have to get dressed up for? If the kids are there late do they have sleeping bags and stuff for them to fall asleep?
We have cruised with our now 5 year old on the Pride 6 times. She has been going to Camp Carnival since she was 2.
The first night they will provide a schedule of all activities. On port days they are open pretty much the entire day. On sea days there is usually a large break in the middle of the day.
At night they hold Night Owls from 10pm-1am for a fee. There is only one night now they do a themed party (In the past there were more). They do provide blankets and pillows if the children fall asleep.

For anyone that wanted to inquire about openings for FTTF the email address (fttfinfo@carnival.com) is no longer valid. I was informed by Carnival that it was shut down due to too many requests!
I just emailed that address on Monday and received this response:
Greetings Funseeker!
Interested in getting the FUN started early? We can’t blame you. Your email has been received and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We will usually respond within 7 to 10 days to general questions. If you are looking to purchase FTTF for a sold out sailing, we’ll keep your information on hand in the order it is received. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified. Due to the popularity of this program, we will only notify you if space becomes available.
Thanks for your interest in our Faster to the Fun program. Most importantly, we look forward to welcoming you onboard soon!

Just off the Pride yesterday and it was the Journal.

Once you have guest services add the gift card to your account, it applies to your folio. The credit will show on your account. Just use your sail & sign as normal (downloading money from slots or at tables).
-
At the end of the cruise we usually tip the camp staff. You have the option to add on a tip when you pick up from night owls. However, we do not add on each day but rather a larger tip at the end.

61! Way too long! LOL!
-
There is a parade with guest participation as well as a book reading. There is also one night where the characters pose for pictures.
-
Not what you want to hear but we had 3 in a cabin and moved a person out of the cabin and they moved us.

We stay at the Fairfield Inn in White Marsh. Rate is around $160. Very nice hotel.
