  1. Please check my last post before this one as I gave you some wrong info as it related to cabin10215 not 10251

    Pete

Thanks Pete- I was a little worried about the size of the room until your new post- do you think the rear of the ship is still better than the front? I have always felt the motion when I was in the theatre on the Royal ships located at the front- even the Allure of the Seas which is huge.

  2. It's on the port side of the central hump

unfortunately it is one of the small balcony cabins,

148 sq ft (124 living area; 24 bathroom) 34 sq ft balcony.

standard balcony cabins are 192 (168 and 24) with a 42 sq ft balcony.

The central hump is a good place to be but in one the six forward most cabins on each side.as they are standard size.

On deck 10 these are 10142/44/46/48/50/52 on the starboard side or

10157/59/61/63/65/67 on the port side. all cabins cabins and yours are plexiglass

Any of these would be near to the mid ship line and a low deck so favourable from a motion point of view.

Thank you Pete- this may be pretty small for 3 of us

  3. I have finished the web check in and printed out that page. However, I do not see anyplace to print out luggage tags or a boarding pass. Does MSC have on line luggage tags and boarding passes to print out? If so, where are they hidden?

I am becoming very frustrated with the MSC web site and customer service. As I stated, I did manage to do the on line check in, but the site has not let me back in to mange my cruise as far as excursions or the existence of the luggage tags or boarding pass.

This may be my first and last MSC cruise as the frustration of doing simple online paper work and waiting for customer service to help with other issues is the worst I have experience in my 40+ years of cruising.

Did you get your full ticket packet emailed to you yet? It has everything in it including your luggage tags- I received mine after I called MSC and asked for it to be emailed. I didn't't have to wait for it. I received it a few days after my request.

  4. Could you tell me where cabin 10251 is and what size it is. Since it is in the back part of the ship will we feel a lot of motion? I usually try to get a cabin midship but they were unavailable. My husband does get motion sickness sometimes so I hope this will be ok. We have been on other cruises and this seems to be a comparable sized ship to Navigator of The Seas. He did fine on that. Thanks in advance:) also do we have a plexiglass balcony? This is on the Divina- sorry I did not specify

  5. So when I looked up the price for Aurea Experience in Europe on the Divina it was roughly 2157 Euro which is approx. 2345 US- but when I called the US MSC to upgrade they told me it was over 3300 US- it just seems to me that if anyone anywhere books a room shouldn't we all pay the same price-We all work hard for our money and it doesn't matter where we are from- I just wish these companies didn't get away we these things. Anyway just thought I would see if anyone else found this out when they researched pricing. Sad to say I would be paying double the price in a balcony room-Fantastica Level AND adding on drink package then someone in Europe paying for the Aurea Balcony and having the drink package included. Where is the logic!!! Oh well I plan to have fun anyway- Sailing on March 26th, 2016

  6. I know that it has been said before that you can find different rooms on the Europe site vs. the U.S. site. So I called to see about upgrading to The Aurea experience from the Fantastica Experience since it was available on the Europe site for just a few hundred dollars more. When I called they said it was available but over a thousand more. How can they get away with charging us so much more that in Europe. Does not seem fair for us to pay so much more for the same room. The lady I spoke with said there was nothing she could do- I would have to book on Europe site. This just seems unfair to me. What do you guys think or have you tried to do this and have any luck? Thanks ahead!
