  1. I know we could do anytime dining but my kids like to have the same table each night. I'm already signed up for early dinner but considering changing go late.

We are going on the Sunshine March 20th. If you choose late dinner, are the shows after or before?

  2. I'm a single mom who likes to take my kids on cruises/vacations and we spend most of our time together. I'm thinking about taking them to the steakhouse for our next cruise. My then 13 years old will love it but by then 10 year old would probably prefer the kids menu in the MDR.

I want to eat with them and she only go to camp carnival for activities she picks. So, my question is.. Do they have a kids menu in the steakhouse? I can't see spending $35 on her if she doesn't really want it.

    Thanks!

  3. Does anyone have these for the Nassau, San Juan, St Thomas, & Grand Turk itinerary? I have searched but don't see them.

I'm sad there is no thrill theater on board. My kids loved that on the Breeze. It was our after dinner show each night .. And then Cherry on Top :)

  4. I will be spending a few days in Florida before my next cruise. One day at Universal Studios and a day or 2 near the port. My kids have no interest in the space center. So....I think we will take a day to relax. It will be a Thursday night to Saturday morning near the port. Which hotel has the best pool (without spending a fortune)? Online it looks like Ron Jon resort or the Radisson.

    Thanks!

  5. Yes, we stayed there last November and loved it. We took the metrorail from the airport and it was easy. The next day we went to the MiamiSeaquarium and took the bus to get there.

The pool was quiet and nice. Not huge but my kids loved it. The people that worked there were above the top nice.

There is a grocery store a few blocks away in Mary Brickell village (an outdoor mall) and a great rotisserre chicken restaurant across the street.

    I would definitely go again.

  6. We stayed at the Brickell Hampton Inn and loved it. We did not rent a car and used public transportation. It was me and my 2 daughters, 8 & 11 at the time. We went to the Miami Seaquarium and did the dolphin encounter. Way cheaper than on the islands and much more personal. We did take a taxi to the port that morning but we spent less than $50 for transportation for 3 days and the kids got a kick out of learning the public transportation system. They loved the Seaquarium!

  7. We were on the Breeze in a cove last November.... Loved it. The only issue was people next to smoked on their balcony what seemed to be all day and we are non smokers. There wasn't a lot of sun but we were gone a lot during the day. We are sailing on Sunshine 4/4/15 and were sad when it didn't have coves.

  8. We spent the day here in November. I bought the pass online with no issues & it was not crowded. The problem was the beach was nasty. There was actually a whole bag of garbage floating in the water. I told someone and they finally got it out but there was stuff along the shore. Disappointing :(

  9. I went last November and brought 2 huge ones home with me. Bring a garbage bag to put them in unless you want sand in your suitcase. They didn't smell at all and are in great shape.
