  1. My cousin and myself are in a room and we both purchased two Social Wi-FI plans separately. What does this mean? "Only one device at a time can connect to wi-fi" Does that mean we cannot be on our phones at the same time, even though we purchased the plan separately?

  2. I've done the Jewel Dunns River Adults Only resort for a day. It was nice, they picked us up and brought us to and from the resort. Resort was nice, service was a little slow at the bar. I don't know if it was because we only were there for a day. But the food and drinks were excellent. Grounds are beautiful too. I would definitely go back.

  3. When you complete the form for the OBC, it asks you for booking number, ship name, guest name, sailing date, etc. You HAVE to complete that information. You CAN redeem points for someone else's cabin. Someone else can redeem points for your cabin. I have redeemed points for my daughter's sailings in the past for cruises that she has gone on and we have not for both gratuities and OBC.

Awesome! And this OBC can be used for drinks, at specially restaurants..etc? Thanks for the reply!!!!

  4. It happened on my second cruise. We were sailing from BOS to BDA on the Dawn and during dinner the power went out. Smoke filled the dining room as the AC vents stopped working. The engines stopped so we were floating about in the middle of the Atlantic. No power to flush the toilets. It was eerily quite and this lasted about 2 hours until the power problem was fixed. My heart stopped when it happened.

  5. I just did some research on invisible setting rings and this website explains how they can and cannot be fixed as easily.

I think if you can find out what jewelry brand the ring came from and contact them that they might have answers on how to fix your ring. I highly doubt that the jewelry store on the ship has the capabilities to fix a ring.

    Good luck!

  6. http://www.royalgazette.com/news/article/20160720/four-hurt-in-lifeboat-incident

"Four people were rushed to hospital this afternoon after a lifeboat fell from the Norwegian Breakaway.

One of the casualties was said to be in a critical condition, according to a Bermuda Maritime Operations spokesman.

The spokesman confirmed that the lifeboat had fallen from the cruise liner and was left hanging from one wire resulting in four people falling into the water.

The injured parties were all recovered from the water and attended to by ambulances from Port Royal as well as King Edward VII Memorial Hospital. The spokesman said an investigation is now under way in tandem with the Bermuda Police Service.

The Norwegian Breakaway arrived at Heritage Wharf this morning from New York.

The vessel, which carries 4,300 passengers, is expected to return to the East Coast of the United States on Friday."

A freak accident. I hope those injured get well fast.

  7. There are Fly, Snooze and Cruise packages from Orlando to Port Canaveral. Transportation from Orlando to the hotel and transfers to the port next day. Following the cruise there will be transportation back to Orlando.

Try looking at this website for ideas:

There also this site which is very great at explaining Port Canaveral:

  8. I see 2 cabins available on that sailing for a total of $1711.65 (taxes included)

    I can't tell you how I know tho, :D

Ah dam! :D I wonder the closer we get to the final payment date. There maybe a chance of some cabins becoming available again due to people canceling for some reason. Final payment is March 21. I got my eyes peeled! Thanks for all the tips! You all are truly amazing!

  9. 11519 is available on that sailing for $1499. It shows sold out online through the normal search but you should be able to call and get it.

You can book it online if you first select an inside for 1 and continue through the booking. The next screen should show tabs with the prices of each category. If you select the tab that says studio/$1499 cabin 11519 should show up.

That's amazing! Thanks for the tip!!!

  10. Hi!

I guess the point of this post is more along the lines of cruisers who had good luck trying to get in a sailing that had sold out cabins. I know I am late in the game but I am looking at the June 19 sailing on the Breakaway in a studio cabin, which btw is currently all sold out.

Can anyone tell me their experiences in trying to get in a sold out cabin? Is it possible? I know to call NCL everyday but I wonder if there is any hope or is this a lost cause!?
