I have gone on 3 previous Azamara cruises and have two more planned.

All of a sudden I cannot get hold of Azamara on the phone.  It is always high volume  and after 15 minutes I hang up.

I never previously had this problem.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

We are planning on coming several days before the cruise to Tokyo.

Does anyone have the name of a good centrally located hotel?

Can someone recommend a private guide or do you want someone to share expenses with you.

How easy it is to find the limobus or train at Narita airport.
