We finally booked! Now we're trying to tackle the guest list...

Does anyone know if childcare can be provided for non-sailing guests? We were considering a child-free reception but still having a few family kids in the ceremony (my nieces would love to be flower girls).

If not, anyone have any kid-friendly ideas for the reception? I'm afraid it would be boring for them!

We're looking into having our wedding with carnival. All of our guests live in state but most will not be sailing with us and will end up driving a few hours back home after the reception.

We plan to have a maximum of about 25 people including ourselves. I'm wondering if the hors d'oeuvres served will be enough to make sure no one goes hungry or if we should add the pasta station. Any suggestions?
