Has it officially been announced by MSC that South America sailings cancelled up to 31 March 2021?

Celebrity Cruises have confirmed they have cancelled all South American sailings until early March 2021. 
and i found this re more MSC ships leaving South America. I have heard that the MSC Seaview is taking Brazil passengers only.

MSC need to make announcement

So this morning i check my emails at 7am to find one with receipt for payment of my balance ?!?!? Seems the adviser and her manger didnt notify the payments team!?!? I emailed right away as their phonelines dont open until 10am. The booking is in my name but the monies have been taken from my husbands bank account that he used to pay the deposit. I was furious as after several phone calls they knew exactly why i was delaying paying balance and i had not given permission to take monies from my husbands bank account! They have apologised and promised to repay the money back into his account by close of play today. It is now 11pm and the money did not go back into his account but i did have a message on my answer phone at home from travel agent that they wanted to speak to my husband regarding this matter. 
i do feel that Travel Agents and the cruise lines are desperate for payments and they want us all to pay up (even though they know ship wont be sailing) and then make us wait for our money to be repaid. As i’ve said on here in earlier post... We had to wait 9 months to get our money back from our covid cancelled Canada/Alaska cruise this year 😞

I contacted travel agent again today. They have moved date for our final balance to be paid from 2nd December to 12th December as they agree MSC announcement on RIO cruises may be imminent. 

It took us 9 months to get full refund from our Canada/Alaska cruise May 2020 that was cancelled due to covid pandemic in March 2020. 

UK travel agents Cruise Nation and Iglu cruises both think cruises from Rio for spring 2021 are likely to be cancelled. Iglu cruises told my friend over phone that they’d unofficially heard MSC have cancelled all cruising from Rio up to March 19 2021. Has anyone else been told this? 

We are booked on the Preziosa transatlantic from Rio to Southampton 27 March 2021.(booked it almost 2 years ago) but with this worldwide covid pandemic and having other cruises cancelled plus our concerns over the covid situation in Brazil... we have been watching for updates on MSC South American itinerary for 2021. 
We have spotted on internet today that the Preziosa is beginning transatlantic crossing and due to arrive at Napoli/Naples Italy on 12th December 2020. 
Our final balance is due Wednesday 2nd December. If we cancel we lose our deposit so hoping cruise is cancelled (due to covid pandemic) but when we telephoned our travel agent today (UK) they knew nothing about the Preziosa on it’s way to Europe. They are still asking for us to pay balance in full this week but it seems wrong that MSC have not made any official announcement on this repositioning /Rio itinerary 2021 cancellations. 
It took us 9 months before we were refunded on our cancelled Canada/Alaska cruise/stay for May 2020 because of this covid pandemic. Reluctant to have to pay in full again then wait months for refund. 
Was anyone else due to go on the Preziosa Transatlantic March 2021? What updates have you heard? 

We had booked (almost 2 years ago) to cruise from Rio to Southampton in transatlantic crossing 27th March 2021 on MSC Preziosa... our final balance is due 2nd December 2020. 
With the current worldwide covid pandemic and Brazil being affected as one of the worst hit we have been waiting to see if MSC have cancelled cruises from Rio. Cant find anything on MSC sites.... but today when trying to find where MSC Preziosa is now I see that it is currently crossing the Altantic heading to Napoli/Naples where it is due to arrive 12th December 2020. Phoned the travel agent today and they knew nothing about this. Seems to me, highly unlikely that this ship will do transatlantic back to Rio for early 2021 to then do transatlantic back again to Europe in March 2021. They are still asking we pay balance this week, otherwise we’ll lose our deposit.
Does anyone know or has seen any updates on MSC cancelling cruises from South America for 2021. I know USA have cancelled transatlantic

We'll be staying in stateroon 12226 - D4 Balcony on this maiden voyage.

We are due to have a cc cabin crawl after our Meet and Mingle meeting. Can't wait to see what the other rooms are like. I'm sure you'll all get to see photos of them.

Kristan has worked really hard at pulling together our cabin crawl. Perhaps you may want to do similar on other Quantum cruises :)

Not letting us book it for 2nd November Maiden Transatlantic cruise for any of the nights listed when I try to select Entertainments for my voyage :confused:

Sailing on 2nd November - Transatlantic from Southampton.

Booked cruise in November 2013 before the dynamic dining options were announced. Was going to leave booking the shows and dining options until we boarded but after reading other cc forums thought it best to start booking things now.

A bit disappointed in the dining times we were offered on-line tonight - and still 2 months before cruise. Booked what shows we could then tried to book dining times around them. Not sure if I should have done it the other way around.

Couldn't book the Wonderland for any night or the waterstar show.

The only day The Grande is available is on the last night - so could only get booking for 9.30pm on 9th November!!!! Haven't found a dining venu yet for 5th November -looks like we'll be ending up in the windjammer that evening.

Has anyone have better luck asking their TA to sort out their dining/show bookings instead of doing it on line?
