We boarded at Ocean Terminal on May 9th this year with carry on only suitcases and had no problems at all. We were also able to leave our bags in our room right away, even though the room wasn’t ready yet. Very easy!

Does anyone know if there a still the free sauna and steam room on the Ruby?

Just checked my personalized as we have a Nov 2020 booking and ours shows the same as OP. Something going on. I would very disappointed if that Mediterranean and Holy Land cruise is cancelled.

How long did it take to hear back? I submitted the form on Jan 2 and no response. I left a voicemail yesterday and still no response.

Florence - it’s been too long. Nice to see you back again!

Just did it on the Star last week. We only had a group of 4 as 2 people who signed up didn’t show. It was held on a port day and we signed up the day before. It was never listed in the patter, rather the sign up time was announced at the show the night before. We were in San Francisco at the time, docked not to far from Alcatraz. That would be a great place to do an escape room! [emoji846]

The OP is my sister and we were on the cruise together. Here are some photos from the Voyage to the Stars.
I too enjoyed it very much but did note that the experience was a little intense as the ship was already rolling that day and found when the presentation zoomed in and out I had to close my eyes to avoid feeling nauseous. As Kelly said, we lay down on the stage on our backs and because of the tilt of the ship our heads were lower than our feet. I did really like it though and learned a lot.

As a fellow tea drinker, I also bring my own tea. I have found the hottest water from the international cafe. I just ask for a to go cup of hot water. I have never been charged for this.

We sailed out of San Pedro for the first time on May 10th. We were in a full suite and we boarded after Elite, but in the same group as platinum and club class. Club class was allowed to check in prior to those sailing in full suites but had to wait until all elites had boarded the ship.

I booked an upcoming cruise in a full suite prior to the roll out of club class. On my cruise personalized my dining is listed as anytime dining. I've read of others whose personalizer read club class dining. I just called Princess to ask them to refresh my booking to reflect the new dining. I was told because I am in the suite I am entitled to club class dining but the personalizer will still be listed as anytime dining. My question is: For others booked in a suite what does your personalizer say for your dining?

Hi MJC,
Nice to see the review. We were the Canadian couple who had lunch with you. You inspired us with your travels. Thanks for the tip about needing cash for the parking.

I would say take the offer as we are on the same cruise in an ocean view. Maybe then we would get an offer for a balcony. [emoji4]. Come back and let us know what you decide and whether or not you were able to get all 3 cabins upgraded.

Love the review so far. We were also on this cruise. In fact, I noticed I'm in the background of your picture in the dining room for embarkation lunch. :)

We too are booked for a 10 day Galapagos cruise in early December but not until 2025. I really look forward to following a live report from that cruise if you are able. Where will you post it?
