I remember now why left this site years ago.  All I did was ask for opinions on shore excursions and it turned into a debate over my vacation plans.  I'm no longer going to debate my decision, as it is how I want to spend my time and money.

Thank you to those that provided the information I asked about.  It helps in making my excursion decisions.

They have a great zoo, lots of jet ski options and water sports (San Diego Bay or Mission Bay both have plenty of options) and there is just more to do and interesting places with both the city vibe and beachfront vibe all rolled into one. San Diego is just popping all over, from La Jolla to PB, to Mission Bay, on down to Coronado and the Gas lamp and bay/harbor front. So much to see and do and the vibe there just feels more chill. Heck, I could spend three weeks in San Diego doing a B2B2B lol. Have a great trip on Panorama! Keep her clean for me, she's a great ship. I'll be getting on her shorty after you!

I got an amazing price and I have zero interest in doing an AI.  I've got the time and the money so basically boils down to the fact that I prefer to cruise than be at one location for a week.

Hello all!  These B2B2B cruises will be numbers 22-24 for me on Carnival.  All of my other CCL cruises have been Caribbean/Hawaii.  I know all the tips/tricks of cruising, so not looking for that, but what I am looking for are recommendations on excursions.  I don't like to trust the CCL website ratings because I know that it seems that those with low ratings are from "Karen" types and I'm not sure I can trust them.  I'd like to do something that I haven't done in the Caribbean cruises - such as the camel rides (is it worth it?).  I'm easy going, not much bothers me, and as long as I have fun, then there is no problem (even if there was, I'd let it go and have a good time anyway).

I like zoos/aquariums, alcohol tastings, exclusive resort, and sailing excursions.  If I can find Jet Ski rental, I'd do that all day.

Any suggestions/recommendations for 'must do' in Cabo, PV, Mazatlan?  I'm a solo cruiser, so prefer to do excursions rather than on my own sight seeing due to safely concerns. 

Yes, I know 21 days same 7 night itins don't sit well with many, but that means i can do 9 different excursions (not that I will, but have that option). 

In addition, I'll be staying in Long Beach a couple of days pre-cruise (live in Vegas, so driving in).  What to do besides the obvious Queen Mary and Aquarium?
