I believe rewards are not only based on how much you play but also on available cruise inventory. On ships that are not completely booked, why not offer Club Royale members empty cabins. They will no doubt gamble and purchase other items such as shore excursions, gifts etc. Just makes good business sense. Everybody "Wins"

Sailed July 2 on Brilliance on the Baltic Cruise. Great ports if you have not been on this cruise. You can tell she has just come out of dry dock as there are new carpet, paint etc. Service was great and the food was what we have come to expect on RCCL

You should have a good time in the Caribbean but the water that time of the year may be a little cooler.
