The last time we were on the Wind Spirit in February 2020, the in-cabin entertainment system consisted of a few channels of ship cameras and satellite channels.  There was also a DVD player and a ship DVD library.  Has the Wind Spirit been updated to the on-demand video system like on the Star-class ships?

We will be on the Wind Spirit for a three-week passage and wonder if we need to pack some DVD movies.

When we were on the Wind Spirit in 2020, the water platform had a large floating mat and individual “noodles” for buoyancy 

We are booked on the three-week Pacific crossing on the Wind Spirit leaving Papeete on February 4, 2024.  For us, it was the traded off of three weeks in the sun being pampered on a ship with sails or shoveling snow in Denver.

We are also booked for the prior sailing around the islands leaving on January 25th.  At Puerto Caldera, we are staying on for next two weeks and finish with the Panamal Canal transit.

Has anyone been able to extend the expiration date of their Future Cruise Credit (FCC) due to the lack sailing opportunities for the past year?

We were on the Wind Spirit in February 2020 and received FCC because of missed ports due to both mechanical failures and COVID.  The FCC was good for two year and expires February 2021. 

It is obvious that Windstar should extend the FCC dead line for another year when all sailing has been cancelled for over a year since March 2020.
