I only just booked last week ! 

Just found out I'm going to be on the last cruise out of Melbourne before her makeover.

Such a shame I booked thinking it was going to be after the make over.

Still I'm sure it will still be lovely and well have an awesome time.

Well I hope so, I hope things on board won't be changed or cut back as it going in to dry dock after our cruise as we on board for 14 nights ! 

I'm  going on her on her first cruise out of Sydney :) 

Im a bit apprehensive but excited to try a new ship.

Only booked as there were no other good deals at the time for that time of year. Then as soon as I paid deposit the Princess Cruise I really wanted to go on was reduced from $1500 to $999 😨

Ah well it will either be a fantastic trip or a disaster time will tell 😀

is there anyway I can put the Aussie page somewhere at the top when I open the cruise critic page rather than have to scroll down after going into boards to find it ?

If it's not broke don't try to fix it.

I loved to be able to click on it and go straight to the Aussie forum or the cruise ships that I was interested in with just a few clicks.

Mobile phone friendly too now it's so much harder to get to what your interested in, unless I'm doing something wrong 😞

Is the App up and running again that I can use on my Android phone please ? 

When will this be a click away again ?

Yep I not even Checked as once your a regular cruiser you get to know the smoke and mirrors and its usually the suites that get that

I booked a guarantee and in cruise control had that upgrade option. It also said cabin not allocated check back two weeks before sailing.

I did this yesterday and got free upgrade from deck 5 forward to deck 10 mid ship and the highest category inside cabin.

Very happy with that as I checked the price and its double what we paid.

Yep I been keeping an eye out on a Majestic cruise in 2019 and its never included in the special deals. It's not that it's a new cruise liner to Oz as other dates are included :(

My Daughter had a friend booked as second passenger that couldn't make it she just said she no show at check in and it was fine.

Just only got half of obc for the cabin.

One person. From original booking had to still cruise .

Some say the first name on booking confirmation has to sail I'm not sure about P&O with this though

I purchased a package for hubby and I for our cruise on Radiance in March.

My Mum and Dad in another cabin my Mum doesn't drink so purchased one for my Dad only.

This can't be done on line only over the phone.

The gentleman was lovely it was no problem just to pay for the one but I had to pay for it whilst I was on the phone by credit card.

Got the discount price of just under $64 a day AU

The Deluxe Beverage package has dropped on Radiance of the Seas on the 29th March 2018 sailing from $81.77AUD pp a day ( August 2017) down to $63.93 AUD pp a day.:)

I have posted this under Royal thread but thougjt it may get lost amongs all the others so thought some locals here may know the answer :)

Has anybody stayed in cabin 4553 on Radiance (or a cabin close to that) if so what was it like ? <br />

Is it a quiet area or can you hear music in the room from the atrium at night.<br />

It looks like its next to a bulkhead one side which usually gives a bit more noise protection from next cabin.<br />

We originally was quoted cabin 4035 which is further back and next too a large white area but Royal allocated this other one.<br />

Just wondering would there be much difference between the two cabins :)
