Yep - We do this every cruise. It's nice to stay in touch with everyone without having to use a phone.
The only down side is that it takes so long to get online on a ship. We usually take 15 minutes to do a quick message home. You kind of just sit there while it grinds away. If we were paying for it I would really be upset about the time it takes to navigate online on a cruise ship.

We've always used the same Travel Agent. There is no worry on my part at all and she takes care of everything and gets us upgrades if available. We just tell her where and when we want to go and she makes it happen.

Thanks so much for your review. We leave for the same cruise this Sunday - can't wait. It will be our 6th Carnival Cruise and we have enjoyed them all. This will be our first to the Western Caribbean. Mostly we have gone Southern.

I love to order room service for5 or 6. Coffee and danish. Then sit on the balcony and watch a new island come into sight.

The Mall is well within walking distance. Prices are not cheap. At the Mall there is a good restaurant called Iguana Joe's. It is a second floor open restaurant and you can see over the whole town. We always eat lunch there. Great food and a good vista to people watch the town and the sea.

We were onboard the Carnival Destiny June 20-28, 2204, and the food was Excellent!!!!! They had every breakfast food known to man from eggs (anyway you liked) to waffles, pancakes, croissants, fruit, meat, etc. Lunch was the same and dinner in the dining room was fabulous. Maybe you should check out the Carnival line next time. If you can't find anything you like on Carnival ships, you are truly unsatisfiable.
