And I did order hot water every morning from room service.  We were only one floor down from the buffet and some times my husband would run up and fill the pot with hot water from there.  

There is a wonderful instant coffee from Brazil. I drank it at fogo de chao.  You can buy it from Amazon. I don’t have the exact name. Something like igascu.  I Al a coffee snob and this one surprised me

We have the same available meals. Never had a problem if you are flexible about time
