If I bought a premium drink package with Royal Carribean does it include wine by the bottle,and could i get a bottle of wine and bring it back to my stateroom?

I did buy the upgrade on board. Was not told that I did not have to upgrade for both parties. Not worth the extra cost for my wife. Live and learn. Thanks all.

Hi guy's. Just got back from an eleven day Mediterranean cruise on Celebrity. Awesome cruise. Will post info later. My question. A couple we did a day tour with said they had up graded to a premium drink package but only up graded for him not her. I thought both people had to buy or up grade to the same package. Suggestions on cruising with granddaughters aged 11 and 8. I know first choice would be Disney. A little out of my price range. Second or third choices? And ideas on "kid sail free?". are they as good a deal as they seem?
