  1. Thanks for the contact info.  I spoke to the Casinos at Sea staff there every day. Said they were working on it.  New card changed nothing. Both my wife's card and mine did not keep track of points earned.  We get cruise offers based on our play, so I intend to contact Casinos at Sea to see how then intend to resolve this.

  2. Has anyone had this problem and not have it resolved? We were on the Gem from 1-11 thru 1-25 and the only time it worked in the casino was the first night. We reported the issue to the rewards people and they tried to remedy the issue but nothing ever worked.  Played in casino for 12 of the 14 days and only got credit for the first night as far as I can tell.  Any idea of how to contact Casinos at Sea and get credit where credit is due?
