How many Gala Nights will there be on a 16 night Panama Canal Transit?

I figured I’d call and see this morning. No waiting time at 7:00 AM and the Customer Service representative I spoke with applied the $200 OBC to our upcoming April repositioning cruise no problem. Price remained the same.

Just wondering if anyone was able to get the obc added on to their existing reservation? Price for our cruise is the same but before I sit on a long hold to get through to Celebrity was just wondering if anyone else was successful getting the credit added on.

Looking to book a return flight from Newark after getting off the Celebrity Summit repositioning cruise in April. Can we make an 11:00 flight or is that cutting it to close? Don’t want to end my cruise being stressed out . The next available flight is at 3:30.

After 5 phone calls and finally getting a representative that took the time to listen to me and not just try and transfer me to another department, It’s fixed and the problem was exactly what Nutsaboutgolf said it was. The BCC didn’t complete the customer information form completely. Mine was missing my address. Once filled in, all was good.

I’m having the same issues and also booked through the Blue Chip department yesterday. I haven’t had a chance to call regarding it yet. 

Anyone get a return call or confirmation email yet?

We also received this offer. Just filled the form out and hoping we get one of our dates.

9209 is my favorite cabin. Have it booked for all my upcoming cruises. Bed is near the balcony and the veranda is huge.

Just off the Zuiderdam on Wednesday and had two dinners in the Pinnacle, both were delicious. Steaks done perfectly and tender on the first visit and Halibut and Lamb Chops excellent on the second. Oh and my baked potato, fluffy and tender. Was very happy with our meals and service. 

I was there in November and 2 chairs and umbrella cost us $40.

Just off the Equinox on November 16 and Southwest was listed on the airlines available to use Luggage Valet out of FLL. Actually, my friends flew Southwest for that cruise and used the service out of FLL with no problem. Flights had to be after 2:00 pm.

Just found this thread and was not happy to see that the Inspiration Group was booked on my 09/09/17 Eurodam sailing in Alaska. Before I called my TA to see about changing dates, I checked the Inspiration website and it appears that they are no longer listing or sailing the Eurodam on 09/09. There are no Alaska cruises listed after the 08/06/17 sailing. Hope this change remains.

We were on the December 11 sailing of the Eclipse and our luggage had be out by 10:00 PM. We were also told that we needed to be out of our cabins by 7:00 AM.

Currently on the Eclipse and all the favorites are still being offered in the Cafe. That's the one

Place I haven't noticed cutbacks. Still a nice cruise but lots of changes and cutbacks.

Also on this cruise with friends and family who all agreed, one of the best cruises we've been on in a long time. Was it perfect? Absolutely not, but I've never been on a vacation that was.

Can't wait for the next one.

Just off the Equinox on Monday too and no problems in our deck 6 cabin or luggage upon returning home.

So glad to hear that Lois as we're booked on 12/16 with Silvermoon. So looking forward to the day.

We're in the same boat in December. Our flight out isn't until 8 pm after we disembark the Equinox. We've gotten a day room at the Renaissance from 11-5. It's somewhere for the 5 of us to leave our bags and have a shower available after time at the beach or pool.

We used the website hotels by day.

We used http://www.hotelsbyday.com for a room for after our cruise and got the Renassiance hotel. I believe the hours were from 11:00am-5:00pm which was perfect for our 8:00 pm flight

Was there last week and didn't really notice anything major. New tables and chairs in the atrium, some new paint,and public bathroom had some updates.

We did notice some work still being done in the meeting rooms.

No construction noise was heard anywhere.

The guest rooms could use some updates as they're starting to show some wear and tear.

Still a great hotel with a perfect location for before or after a cruise. We'll be back.

Just off the Silhouette On Sunday 12/22 and we had the brunch on Saturday our last sea day.

Unfortunately, the airline we're flying does not take part in the Luggge Valet service. We have used the program before and it's wonderful.
