After 5 phone calls and finally getting a representative that took the time to listen to me and not just try and transfer me to another department, It’s fixed and the problem was exactly what Nutsaboutgolf said it was. The BCC didn’t complete the customer information form completely. Mine was missing my address. Once filled in, all was good.

  2. Just off the Equinox on November 16 and Southwest was listed on the airlines available to use Luggage Valet out of FLL. Actually, my friends flew Southwest for that cruise and used the service out of FLL with no problem. Flights had to be after 2:00 pm.

  3. We're in the same boat in December. Our flight out isn't until 8 pm after we disembark the Equinox. We've gotten a day room at the Renaissance from 11-5. It's somewhere for the 5 of us to leave our bags and have a shower available after time at the beach or pool.

     

    We used the website hotels by day.

  4. Was there last week and didn't really notice anything major. New tables and chairs in the atrium, some new paint,and public bathroom had some updates.

     

    We did notice some work still being done in the meeting rooms.

     

    No construction noise was heard anywhere.

     

    The guest rooms could use some updates as they're starting to show some wear and tear.

     

    Still a great hotel with a perfect location for before or after a cruise. We'll be back.
