I am booked on a Royal Caribbean cruise out of Harwich in June and wanted to use Choice Air to schedule my flights. Early in the week, I went to their site and "copy and pasted" the flights that their website suggested and sent it to my travel agent. Using that information he tried to book the flights and could not do so even after contacting Choice Air anywhere near the price quoted on the site; I wanted to fly Business Class. Yesterday, we tried again, going to their site, brought up a new flight schedule at a much higher price and again had no success except again at an ever higher price than Choice Air new quote. In the meantime, they had charged me the $25 fee without booking me. Their Customer service doesn't have a clue as to what is going on and both my travel agent and me are totally frustrated. We wanted to use Choice Air to ensure that we were protected in meeting the ship. I am not sure what has happened in the last few months to this RC service, but their service and flight information is not a very funny joke!
