We have regularly taken our own baggage and been off the ship before 7 15, taxi to the station and direct into Waterloo, we usually book the 8 am train time for a Costa coffee too.

We booked the Q.V. Southampton to SF with flight direct with Cunard the flights were not available at the time. When they were bookable they were back to Manchester and showed at no extra cost. Sounds as though the information you were given initially was incorrect but you accepted this in good faith ! I would say keep pursuing this and eventually someone in authority will agree with you.

Hi we sailed from Venice last year at the start of our trip. We arrived on the ship at 3 30pm left our bags in the cabin and went straight for the Cunard shuttle to Venice, the last shuttle back was about 9pm which gave us time to enjoy A small part of Venice and as many if the ' day trippers' we're leaving the atmosphere around St Marks Square was superb, well worth the expensive shuttle price. We did Musters the following morning with several others who were late at arrive on board. We had room service for dinner sat on the balcony enjoying seeing the Grand Canal again, superb. Don't forget the insect repellant if on deck!

Hi we are also on this trip, last time we went to Mumbai a local travel agent who was Indian completed the forms and took them to Birmingham for £10 each. It was a really good service the agent was based on the Asian side our city. Telcos which was close by do the 2 ins photos.
