Yup! That's me! I'm so thrilled that you kept this going, and I'm even more thrilled to be back as a member and not the leader. :-) How many times has this thread rolled over and how many different leaders took over? How many original members are left? How many people can't tell the difference between a leader and a member? :-)
I'm just so appreciative of those who kept things going. I got side-tracked by a doctorate (half-way through) busy work schedule, and being a moderator of a Disney site.
BTW, I've fund the most fantastic book to supplement getting back into shape. It's called "The MELT Method" I've been using this daily to try and rid my body of toxins.

How cool to see this thread going strong. I've been working on detoxing, stretching and strengthening, and getting healthier when I thought of this place.

It's wonderful that you did this, Kathy, and thanks to all the others who kept this going.
My detox isn't with pills, but with clean eating. I've been drinking Kombucha tea a few times a day and drinking a lemon cayenne detox Kombucha. I'm trying to figure out if my issue could be allergies. I get little odd symptoms with wheat and sometimes with meat.
My biggest challenge, though, is night time eating. A zombie comes out when the sun goes down and makes me eat all kinds of things. :)
Does anyone else have trouble with nighttime eating?
