I will be on the Sun in September going to the Bahamas.  Can anyone tell me who has been on NCL Sun....if they dock at 8am, how soon can you get off the ship?

Hi, anyone been on the Norwegian Sun in Nassau?  They are supposed to dock at 8am and I was wondering if we can get off the ship right away or if we have to wait.  Our excursion will pick us up by 8:30am so I wanted to be sure we can make it.

We are going on the Sun to the Bahamas.  It will be docking at 8am on 9/23 in Nassau.  Does anyone know if you can get off the boat by 8:15am?  We have an excursion and need to be off the boat by then.

This is not correct at docked  ports, only at tender ports. People with cruise line excursions have to make there own way off, and normally they do not get any priority. If they need special treatment they are taken off another gangway that is not open to the general passengers.

thanx for the info. We will be docking in Nassau at 8am and the tour bus picks up at 8:30am.  Just didn't know how long they make you wait till you can get off the ship.  Appreciate your reply.

I am gonna cruise NCL for the first time.  Anyone tell me the earliest you can get off the ship at port?  This one arrives at 8am and I want to take a tour that starts at 8:30am on land.  Will I have time to make my tour?
