We took 11 family members with us on a cruise. I had a little magnetic board on my door for people to leave messages about where and when they would be somewhere. We always had dinner together. I was explicit about paying for their room tips and I bought a wine package (in addition to the cruise itself of course). It worked out pretty well. Usually it's my husband who gets nutted up about togetherness so we had a chat before the cruise.
