If you search for the ships with the overhead light show and promenade, there are 4 sister ships you can book for a cruise at this moment;
Msc meraviglia
Msc bellissima
Msc grandiosa
Msc virtuosa
The seashore is a other class of ship and sister of the seaside and the seaview.
Thanks Maikell....I needed that.

The Yacht Club restaurant is on deck 18. The Top Sail Lounge is on deck 16. There is no deck 17, it's the Italian version of deck 13. The sun deck with pool, bar, hot tub and lunch buffet is on deck 20. The spec sheet for the Seashore is located on post # 10 in this thread.
Things could be different on the Meraviglia, which is the ship that has the overhead light show you mentioned. The Seashore does not debut until later this year.
Thanks SNJCruisers.

Hey MSCers, has anyone been on the Meregviglia & the Sesahore? I want to go on the ship that has the changing scene in the overhead light show for the long promedade, and can't find out which one it is or maybe both have it.
So, any info one can provide is much appreciated.

No one answered your Question. Yes according to MSC T&C the daily service charge can be removed onboard. The decision is yours and yours alone.
Josie1960, thank you for finally answering the simple question that I asked.

Can I remove my gratuities and pay with cash on MSC?
First time going onto MSC and wondering if I have the capability to have my gratuities removed (it's not ppd) at Guest Services, and reward who I want to reward at cruise end.
Thanks for any feedback.

What a shocker - I didn't know there was a fee associated with North Star. Btw, how much is the fee?

Does anyone have suggestions on how to get to Seattle's airport from Vancouver BC cruise terminal? Flight time is not known at this time but would like to begin planning.
Thanks, Tony

Hello All, Phyllis and Tony along with four others are jumping off the Mariner to the Horizon and would like some or any information for shore excursions while at Gibraltar. This is one port that we don't get many chances to see and visit, and any assistance is very much appreciated.

We would like to inquire from Pinnacles about internet and laundry while on board. We know what the D+ perks are, so we would like to know or have an idea what to expect as we are approaching very soon.

Anyone sailed to India before? Do I need an Indian Visa, and how to get one.
-
Help ya'll....We are booked on the Mariner and while departing from Singapore, we are seeking your valuable suggestions for reasonable pre-cruise hotels in Singapore.

I know for certain that Celebrity goes there. I'm going there on 19 May on the Equinox..

Due to a death in the family, I will be forced to interrupt my cruise in cozumel. Does any one have suggestions, or maybe you have done it before, for getting to cancun's airport.
Thanks for any and all valued replies.

Yes, I think we will do that next time. Grandma, I believe your name is Kay and you and husband just became Pinnacle in Dec. I see your posts on the D, D+ and P chat board. My name is also Kay and I hope to meet you some time.
Where is that or how does one get to it?

A lot of the hotels in the mountains seem like they're out of The Shining movie which is part of the appeal. I stayed at the Hydro before it was renovated. It was very much like that.
OP, if you prefer, for not much more, you can rent a something much nicer like Crimson Villa in Katoomba.
Thanks for the reply.

I stayed at the Palais Royale in Katoomba about 5 years ago. It was wonderful!
Thanks...

First time to Australia and flying into Perth and considering staying overnight in Fremantle prior to cruising. Any suggestions/recommendations for reasonable hotel(s) in and around Fremantle?

I'm flying into Perth in October to board the Explorer, and soliciting any comments/suggestions about hotels that offer shuttle service to and from the cruise port.

Does anyone know if the Vision is going to Drydocks in Dec 2017. There is no itinerary for her after 23 Dec 17.:(

I knew several people would post this. I don't cruise for tv either but it would still be nice to have something good to watch in the evenings while we are just relaxing.
And everyone cruises for different things. I don't cruise to go somewhere and sit by a pool or a beach since I can do that when at home. But many others do. If someone goes on a cruise and wants to watch tv then good for them. Their vacation their choice.
Well said BeachChik....
