  1. We are booked on Adventure of the Seas in an ultra spacious ocean view room, all the way forward on deck 6.  We aren't too worried about motion and movement, but lately it seems any review I can find (there aren't very many) all talk about loud noises.  Has anyone been in one of these rooms? Were there loud bangs from the crew door on deck 5? Thank you!

  2. Thank you all so much! It will be great to wear the toddler and let the preschooler walk for those first few hours, which they'll do the rest of the time on the ship anyways. We only need the stroller in port, and it will be great to not be so in the way the first day! Thanks for your help.

  3. We are on Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas and are bringing our double stroller. We brought it on Anthem, and it was fine....except for the three hours on embarkation day before we could get to our room. Is it possible to check the stroller so we aren't in the way on embarkation day? Thank you!

  4. Traveling on Holland America in May and it says we are in port until 3. An excursion through the ship is offered at one, but we are planning our own through a private tour company. Theirs sounds the same and leaves at 12:45, but the late time makes me a little nervous. The tour lasts an hour. What time will likely be the last tender?

  5. We have excursion money and are looking at doing the conch train or trolley through the ship. The description makes it sound like a tour. Is it still possible to hop on hop off?

  6. We are taking a cruise on the Sun, and we usually book inside staterooms to save our money for excursions. Our choices on the Sun are level 4 below the dining room, or level 8 above the casino. We are worried both about noise and the smells drifting from those areas. Would you recommend one over the other?
