I was on Pacific Princess last year and my neighbours were very heavy smokers.When we were in port, I could not open my balcony door without smoke coming into my cabin. It was also quite evident as you walked past their cabin. I was most reluctant to notify people but I could not enjoy my cabin. I did notify the desk and after that it appeared to stop almost instantly.
