How deep is the water at Stingray city? My wife does not swim but would like to meet the rays.
We were just there last week. When we first got off the boat I could not touch the bottom. But a couple strokes and the water was mid chest. We had someone with us that can’t swim and he did great

We also just did this tour on 3/5. Solomon is the BEST. He’s what made our day amazing. You won’t be disappointed. We met Sharon from Nativway at 10 and they had us back about 3:00

We just did Nativeway and LOVED them. Solomon was our guide and he was what made our day amazing. We had a snorkel stop, the rays and then a stop at rum point. There we had lunch and some beach time.

My wife and friends want to do an excursion in Exuma to swim with pigs. Does anyone know if they can do this during a port day from Nassau? Any others who have done this from Nassau or other ports?
Thanks.

I just inquired about this last week when we were in Nassau. The tour leaves at 8:30 and gets back at 5:30. So not enough time for most cruise stops

Does anyone know pricing? I saw in the past it was $90 for umbrella/ chairs/ 6 drinks? Now on trip advisor, someone posted $115 for the same. Im debating between this and Hilton pass
We paid 11.50 for each beach chairs and then paid $12 for 4 beers.

Just got back from Nassau. Had a unexpected overnight stay. Took a cab to Atlantis for $4 per person. Walked thru the shops, went thru a large aquarium for free and walked the awesome marina and shops. Was an awesome time. Won $375 in the Casino. No need to take a tour. You can do a lot on your own

I was also on this sailing. It was our first NCL cruise but our 16th cruise. We were in room 8726. It’s a mini suite with a extra large balcony. Loved the room. The brewhouse was great. The guy that does the nightly entertainment is a hoot.

We just spent the day here. We used Patrice Bailey. It was $35 pp for private transfer and included the $10 entrance fee and beach chairs. I recommend you get there early. It filled up. The beach was nice. Facilities are very clean.

We used Patrice this week just for a beach day. Our driver was waiting for us when we got off the ship and was waiting for us at the time we said we wanted to return to the ship.

Here are their e-mail and USA phone number. If you have already e-mailed them, try calling Sharon on the US phone number.

Hi
Can someone provide me with Native Way contact info? I've tried emailing but I'm not getting a response.
Thanks!

Does Royal ever offer the drink package as a booking promo?
Thanks!

If you want a truly amazing turtle experience look up Cliff Sharker. He will have you at the turtles 30 minutes before any other tour. That's by far my most favorite excursion ever.
I knew that sign pic would come in handy :)

Loved your review. We were on the Regal for 12 days in 2015 and will be doing 21 days on the Royal later this year. I believe that you will find the average age increases as the cruise days increase. Younger people and families are more prevalent on cruises of seven days or less.
That makes sense. I don't mind traveling with a older crowd :) I prefer that over the spring break college kids.

so nice to read a positive honest review.. thank you..we too have cruised many lines and have heard that the Royal is a beautiful ship. We booked our March 10 cruise based on the ports and loved the pictures you posted. Love your hubby's bathing trunks...nice to make people smile. You didn't mention the formal nights...how dressy were people?:halo:
We have heard conflicting stories. (My husband would love to leave his suit home...lol)
Ohhh, I forgot formal nights. We opted to go to the Crown Grill both formal nights. While we make ourselves look nice we no longer dress formal on any cruise. My hubby does dress pants and dress shirt and feels comfortable. I felt like had we eaten in the dining room we would have blended in nicely. I say leave the suit jacket at home [emoji4]

Last thing I promise. I was so excited that twice we had whales traveling with us. They put on a pretty good show!

I think taxi was $8 pp each way. Coconut shrimp was pretty good. I think it was $20 and that included our tip

We went to Valley Church last week. There had been a storm the day before we were there. There was seaweed in the water. It looked like grass clippings. The water was beautiful but cloudy. Also the sand was crushed shells and hard on the feet getting in and out of the water

Are you open to swimming with the sea turtles? Our best day ever was spent with Cliff Sharker. I can't even describe the things that happened that day. He will get you to the turtles before any other tours get there and you will have the turtles to yourself for about 30 minutes

Nice review thank you. Was the DJ's name Kev White? If so he was on the Royal Princess in January and I also think he was very good.
Tony
Yes! That was our DJ. We really liked him.

Paradise Beach Resort - Day Pass
in Roatan
Posted
We were just there last week. The package we booked was $50 per person. It stated it included alcoholic beverages. When we got there they said it was just one beverage. We showed them our receipt that said beverages but they wouldn't honor it. We booked thru trip advisor.
The beach itself is BEAUTIFUL. The sand is like sugar. The water is crystal clear and no weeds in site. The water was nice and calm. There are a lot of vendors on the beach and they are very aggressive. There were also a lot of flies. I would definitely go back just not to this hotel resort. . The beach itself is simply amazing.
