It obviously helps them fill their ships with such a great deal!
What time does the BVP start at and what time does boarding usually start on Princess?
With DCL allowing Guests aboard from around 11:15 and last Guests off at 9am, it doesn't sound like there would be such a time advantage for them?
I wonder how much of a hassle it also is for the crew to round up the BVT Guests and make them leave! lol!
I hope DCL do not implement a similar system as the CM's do need that turn around time to get the ships ready, but also, and just as importantly, for those scheduled for time off in the home port to speak to family, get any groceries, underwear, clothing, maybe a burger and even for some, just to step foot on dry land and away from the ship for a couple of hours, for what may even have been 4-6 weeks.

I knew Carnival and Princess charged a price, but realistically, DCL would most likely charge $80-100 pp!
And why would you want to be on a ship with most of the venues closed, pools closed for cleaning and refilling, stressed and busy crew members cleaning and yes, early access to your Stateroom, but through the mountains of laundry and service carts and cages of fresh linen?
I don't get why anyone would pay for that above the price of the cruise, except to feel superior and gotta be first mentality.
As as for the lunch on Princess, can you not get that after you board as a regular Guest?

Moki'smommy has it right!
On the Magic, they used what was then Studio Sea/now D Lounge for at least one gathering with all of the Characters before 'A Kiss Goodnight' on the final night of the cruise.
Lots of time to meet each Character and have photo's taken, get autographs etc and speak with the Characters that can.
Make sure it is noted on your reservation that you are a MAW family, and DCL will take care of the rest :)

Hi Jeff,
If you can be more specific and list your ports, but also what activities you enjoy doing and which you do not, it would help others answer your questions.
The itinerary's can vary even a little from year to year, and the duration of stay in some ports. Also your interests would be best to know in advance as there is no point in someone mentioning the beverage classes, but you are teetotal, or a beach day when you prefer active days on the islands for example!
But kudos for including a lot more information than a lot of others do!

It is disgraceful, and unfortunately it sounds like it will take an opportunist to exploit an opportunity like this to befriend or lure away a child, and the lawsuit afterwards to make them take action against etsy.
I hope the CM's aboard would take any Guest wearing such a thing seriously, and have the item removed and confiscated.
Even though the font used on the name is wrong, to a small child, maybe lost, they would not see the difference.
So sad, and so very scary.

After looking at more of the items on etsy, they need to be stricter about their products they are offering on behalf of members.
Not only are most of them infringing copyright, but iron on name badges as well???

These should be illegal, or at least on the banned list for cruising on DCL.

Bottom bounce is more pronounced at slower ship speeds, since at higher speeds the hull has gone a distance, and the return vibration from the bottom has travelled farther and therefore is weaker. Again, the pulsating nature of the vibration is caused by outside forces, the waves. As a ship moves, it generates a wave of its own, and when you change speed, that wave moves along the ship, and affects the water flow past the propellers, causing the vibrations to pulsate. So, either due to slowing, or due to following seas, which is what the wave movement caused by slowing is the same as, fights against the water thrust of the propeller, therefore causing the pulsation of the vibration.
Typically, when running astern, the propeller vibration would be more constant, as the water thrust from the propeller going forward under the hull is orders of magnitude greater than the bottom bounce.

Yes they still allow magnets, but magnets only.
And even if it is magnetic, it must not scratch or discolor the door in anyway, or a charge will be applied for refinishing the door.

Just to add, as it seemed like pulses of vibrations, could that be from the props running in reverse? Or the thrusters when pulling in and at the last part of touching the dock?

Now I've had time to digest what you posted, as the time between the vibrations wasn't the same or the duration of them, would it possibly be from the props running in reverse (so the wash is going towards the ship) to bounce off the bottom, and so sporadically as they slow the ship down or are positioning her alongside the dock?

Yeah, with all the characters, it didn't sound like a new show, it sounded like they needed a larger repertory of Wishes, Golden Mickeys and Believe performers to start rotating in the new shows to different ships (with Frozen maybe looking to move past the Wonder, and a new fancy-director B&B that's not the old Studios park show), and rotating out the aforementioned old ones.
Which is good, since from what I've seen on YouTube, "Villains Tonight" isn't the best, and is starting to feel its age.
(Although I'm happy that "Hercules"'s movie is being rediscovered on video, it's sort of embarrassing when the late-90's/early-00's shows are still being played.)
Yes I got the show wrong with Twice Charmed, and not Believe.
Is Quasi in any other show than GM's?
I cannot see any Frozen Character performers required though, or puppeteers?
And if the casting call is incorrect as some are, it could explain the crossover of Characters between shows.
However Eric, many of the Characters such as Lumiere, Garderobe, Le Fou, Mrs Potts, have never appeared as face Characters, or furries aboard. Those roles that were there, were puppets, and recorded voice overs, so no requirement for the Character to be able to sing such as the Beast?

If you are looking to be spoiled rotten as an adult, I would recommend getting a full suite on Celebrity. You have your own butler, concierge and private restaurants plus your choice of speciality restaurants to choose from. Depending on how big of a suite, you also have the premium beverage package included. Everything you desire as an adult is there for you. That being said, if you are looking to have everything you desire to have the child in you spoiled rotten you can't find a better cruise than Disney. The shows on Disney are the best we've seen and the dinning experience is very entertaining ! Either line is enjoyable and you can't go wrong with either !

Great find Techie and should be a pretty awesome play, especially with the Genie and Rafiki.
Lol! Now that would be a weird show!
They obviously need the cast to perform the 3 shows, so need lead "principal" performers for all of the shows!
So it will be Golden Mickey's, Twice Charmed and Beauty and the Beast (the musical?) from the fall.
