    Not sure if it’s my device or NCL’s website

     

    Trying to make a booking but it seems to give me a random room in my category (balcony) when I try to change stateroom it try’s to give me a different stateroom in a different category (e.g Spa or aft facing) saying there’s no more in my original category 

     

    However I’ve done several fake bookings on that balcony category and it gives me a different rooms each time, so I know there’s more rooms in that category- is this an NCL thing or what ?

  2. I just phoned about refunds from 20th Nov

    I was told there was a 30-45 day wait for refunds

    Told him I wasn’t impressed that they take my money immediately but refunds take so long to get back.

    As he laughed it off (yes - laughed) I cut him short and told him I didn’t find it remotely funny at all and didn’t appreciate him laughing about the situation.

    still no further forward and got to wait another 15 days 🤷‍♂️
     

    Made me feel better I left a rubbish review for him on the survey

    Thanks for that, we board 2nd Jan and her b’day is the 3rd. I’ve ordered the room decorations but wanted some chocolate strawberries or something like that on her birthday- the cake might be a great idea, did they bring it to your table in the MDR or to your room ?

    I’m going to take a bottle of champagne with me as well

    Bit of advice, if anyone knows ?

     

    I want to order something from the Royal Gifts section on their website, for my wife’s birthday during our cruise. It says that they will be delivered on day one of the cruise but her birthday is not till later in the voyage 

     

    Anyone know how you can have things delivered later than day one (if you can at all) or do I wait to order them onboard ?

We just got off a cruise but had a late flight. We booked a hotel, had a lovely room and use of all the facilities for the day and a place to keep our luggage while we enjoyed the area. It was great for my husband who tires easily that he could rest also. Most cities have hotels that offer this. Check it out if you need this service. 

    Yes I’ve been using it for quite a while, really good service. I just used it and stayed in a hotel just outside MIA from 9am-5pm for $80

    Im got this deal for my cruise on oasis that i board on sunday.  Im a bit concerned as it hasnt came up on my order list on my online account and im still getting drinks package offers emailed to me.  The refunds on the original "full" priced packages are visible just not my new order even though the pqyment been taken on my credit card. 

    It shouldn’t be a problem as I had this on a previous cruise and it was on my account when I boarded, I just printed out my final invoice which had the code on it but there wasn’t even any issue. 
    if you’ve got it printed out and don’t get the package then you can go to customer services and get them to sort it

    Woohoo - just got the reduced price on the Deluxe Drinks Package below for our sailing, I just phoned and the operator knew all about it whin I asked. 
    Much cheaper than what’s showing on the Cruise Planner for our 11 night cruise  - for us it was showing £1532.00 for 2, I’ve just got it for £950.00

     

    Hope this is of help to anyone else looking for booking a drinks package

    Just on the WiFi, we had the basic in our package but I upgraded to the premium before we left - I was able to stream Netflix and YouTube and only a few times did it buffer and a few times it dropped out. I did a speed test and were getting 4-5Mbps most of the time. No idea what the ‘surf’ package was like as I didn’t use the basic package
