Same question from me too 😊

Click on the little calendar icon at the top middle. Scroll down to one of the ports and open that day. Watch the info bottom left change from Sunset, weather, gangway down etc.

Very happy! Lovely person on the phone but explained that I may be too late due to the manual adjustment Red Arrow explained. She kept me on hold but eventually gave me the deluxe at £472 and the refreshment at £141! I paid over the phone and it’s been added to my invoice.
Thank you to everyone who answered my questions, especially Little Britain.

Thank you so much. Chat did finally pop up on my phone but the chat bot said we both have to have the deluxe, ie I can’t have the Refreshment unless I have medical reasons and I can only book on the phone for security reasons. So I’m going to try the number you’ve given me and try again.

Just added this via web chat, £302 per person for 7 nights, a big saving on the £74 per night they wanted in the online planner!!! Thanks for this.
Works out at £43.14 pppn, not sure where the 14p comes from.
Does not show in the online planner though, it has some weird looking code in the invoice with the right amount added TZA9-EMEA DLX7
Assume it will be ok
I'm struggling to work out where web chat is. It mentions it in the contacts page but nothing pops up. any advice greatly appreciated as I can't stay on the phone while I'm supposed to be working.

Yippee!! Thanks everyone. Sorry one more question; can we still use our diamond vouchers - thinking we’d give them to our kids (over 21 of course!)

Confused.
Music hall on Wonder is in exactly the same location as Dazzles on other oasis ships; with the same big glass lookout to boardwalk…. They just changed the name and did away with the bling.
Music hall on Anthem is dark and metallic and grungy.Did you go during the day? The night I went it was dark and grungy on Wonder. I definitely didn’t see the glass lookout which I assume was behind the band. I wonder (no pun intended) if they are able to change the mood of the room. We saw a rock band at the late showing.

Does the £43 include gratuities?
-
I like both but I think they are both very different in look and feel. Dazzles was bright, glittery with that big window at the back. Music Hall is dark, Smokey (machine) and quite grungy. Loved the bands in Music Hall on Wonder but think it’s a shame they swapped out Dazzles on Oasis.

Thanks for your reply on check-in.
My husband would love to know who is performing in the Music Hall?
Lisbon looks lovely as always.

How did your checkin go with Covid test evidence?

I submitted my test results through the NHS site and they send you an email and text confirming that the test is negative. I’ll be taking that plus a photo and the test cassette itself. That’s the one I don’t understand as it may have faded by that time. I’ll also take spare unused tests just in case I have to have them witness me carrying out a test.
Didn’t know you could still do that? Was that PCR or Antigen? Could you order one of their tests?
-
Yes. I use the mobile app and all 3 of my linked reservations come up when I click on the Checkin button at the bottom. I am checking in me and my hubby, then my daughter and her boyfriend and then my mother in law. I am able to complete all checkin and if they download the mobile app they can see their reservation with my checkin changes.

I contacted RCI this morning and they say they simply apply the maximum required for any and every countryto the advice given and that my 3 month window is fine for Europe. Thanks everyone for your replies.

TBH I’m not sure it matters now that they are accepting self-tests in hand !! How can they check when you did the test?

As mentioned watch the drill in your room where you can confirm you’ve seen it. Then head off to your muster station where Royal staff will be waiting and they can write your details down on their sheet.

Yes you’re right, they are all under the Schengen Agreement. Thanks for your quick reply. I had visions of queuing at some faraway passport office for hours just because Royal have one blanket statement and won’t let me on the ship ☺️

That’s a blanket statement for all departures- as long as the passport will get you home, it will get you on the cruise.
Thanks. There’s no flights. Just Southampton in and out and I am from the UK. I presume the Southampton cruise terminal’s job is to ensure you can legitimately get off at all ports?
-
I’m not in the USA, I am in the UK and departing from Southampton so I’m just wondering why Royal would say 6 months for Europe when both the European website and UK website say 3 months and wondering if anyone has been in this situation and the Southampton terminal has accepted their passport when checking in. I know if I show my passport in port the Spanish and Portuguese authorities will be fine.
-
Just re-reading the RCI protocols and it states you need 6 months remaining on a UK (non-European) passport for Spain and yet the official European site and UK gov site states only 3 months remaining is required! Anyone had experience of this? I have at least 3 but not 6 and unlikely to get a renewal so close to my cruise in 6 weeks!!

Random side note: It'll be our first time to Italy and we do plan on travelling around Italy AFTER our cruise but were hoping to go to Cinque Terre via La Spezia. Is the only way to Cinque Terre by ferry? Some of my friends are prone to seasickness, which is why I ask. Would you say that maybe we should save this for the later part of our visit and perhaps visit somewhere else? Any suggestions?
When you go through the port terminal there are booths set up to purchase the small mini-bus that goes to each ‘island’ of cinque terra. It’s drops you off at each island and returns every x minutes at the bus top of each ‘island’. They will give you a timetable for the little bus.

One complaint: Everything on this ship is so LOUD!!! Music is played at a much higher volume. Even the music of an evening in Central park was so LOUD we could not have a conversation whilst sitting inside Giovannis wine bar ( which is at the end of CP) without shouting.
Went to the aqua show InTENse last night. Needless to say that was very LOUD too…. It was very dark in colour - I preferred Hiro with the glittery red shoes!
Totally agree that the music on the ship is way too loud and this makes it hard to find a quiet place for sunbathing anywhere on the ship. I mentioned this in my feedback. When we got off the ferry in Naples we could hear the music on the ship!

Does this apply to peanut allergy sufferers too? We sailed with RCI last time and they were amazing at ensuring our allergy sufferer was very well catered for so hoping P&O would be the same.
