The Shangri La is right near Circular Quay and very near the Cruise Terminal. We splashed out and stayed at the Park Hyatt. All easy walking distance to the Terminal. Four Seasons is another good hotel near the Cruise Terminal.

Wear a stinger suit regardless. We were on the GBR Nov/Dec and there were a few fatalities thought to be from jellyfish. All the tours we went on Quicksilver and Sailaway had suits. They cover almost all your body.

HA I hope these problems are sorted out before our cruise in Feb 2015!! It is not very encouraging.
