  1. Just got off Vista in 9018. Could hear almost every word spoken in 9016 if we did not have TV on. Not trying to listen, just could not avoid hearing them. We were also on Deck 9 Starboard side almost across from Concierge Lounge (forgot cabin number) in Dec and heard our neighbors also. Summary…two forward cabins on Deck 9 on each side of Concierge Lounge have the thin walls people have been reporting. We could also hear people talking in the halls as they walked by.

  2. It depends on the casino manager and how much you play. We have received drinks playing Three Card Poker on Vista twice and other ships. There was a manager named Joaquin, on Riviera, who did not give a drink out the entire 10 day cruise. He was the only manager we have experienced who did not give free drinks to those playing table games.

  3. In the future consider spending the night. We come from the Tampa area and spend the night at Intercontinental Doral….NOT the one by the port. They have a great park and cruise package. You can park your car, get a $25 Uber card which covers almost all of fare, have access to the Club which includes free drinks, appetizers, full breakfast….stress free.

Yes. My husband and I get a discount after every O cruise. They range from $1500 to $2000 (total) off of whatever booking we have them apply it to.

Do they apply it to new cruise bookings only or can you apply it to cruises you have already booked? Thanks.

  5. I haven’t either. I haven’t seen or know of anyone who has received anything. I like Oceania and know they are different from NCL. I received several perks from Casinos at Sea on NCL so even though they are both under “Casinos at Sea”, things seem different as far as what player benefit’s are.

Taxi rates are regulated. There is a rate for 1-4 in the taxi and a higher rate for 5-7. There is a surcharge for Sunday and Holidays. 25% if you have 1-4 and 50% if you have 5-7. Those are the current rates. There are proposals to raise the fare. What date are you planning to golf?

    Wed, April 3rd…

  7. We are on the March 28th Evrima cruise from San Juan to Bermuda. All of the other ports, except Bermuda, have shore excursions listed. There are none listed for Bermuda and we have two overnights there. For those of you who have cruised to Bermuda, did you have Ritz shore excursions in Bermuda? Thanks.

  8. I am on the Vista with you and totally agree with it being a problem. We both wrote it on our Mid Cruise Survey. Our Concierge called and said “ we don’t have a policy about saving chairs. People should know to not do it.” She also said she has had several complaints and has sent info shoreside. I think people should complain, in writing, with their Mid Cruise and End Cruise surveys. Talking about it doesn’t get anything done. If Oceania doesn’t have a Policy, that is a problem, in my opinion. It tells me they don’t think it is a problem and/or don’t want to deal with it.
