Bummer that they made this change and also on the Glory removing the small pool by the slides to put in more slides. Had a Carnival cruise last month and taking my adult kids on one in May. We will be moving over to Celebrity after this cruise. It is sad.

I also am interested in this. Have seen some old posts. Would like to get off the ship and head to Les Salines Beach? Or if some has a better recommendation that would be great. We will be in port from 8am to 5pm in November. Thanks!

Another quick question: For Breakfast and lunch at the haven resturant, can you wear a bathing suit, with shirt and shoes or cover up? Just thinking if we are on the sun deck and want to grab a quick lunch?

I have read through most of the threads about the Haven. We are booked in a Haven Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony for April 9th on the Escape. But I still have some questions. Some I have seen answers to but they are from a few years back. So this is the first time for us in the Haven (been on many cruises and cruise lines). So here are the questions:

1. What is included with the Haven butler services (meaning no charge)?

a. Does having room service from Haven or any restaurant via the Butler (we have the SDP) carry any extra change?

b. Do having drinks delivered to the room have any other charge (we have the UBP).

c. Does having an in room dining (table setup and served) included?

d. Is having snacks or water and softdrinks delivered/stocked in the room included?

2. Please share other Butler included services.

3. Also include per cost Butler services that can be requested.

4. I see that the Concierge are great for setup of reservations for food and shows. What other areas do they cover? Included and per cost (please show if there is additional costs).

We are not very demanding, but do not want to find out that there is something that we could have had and did not use during our stay. Also I saw a lot of older threads on tips for Butler and Concierge - would you mind giving a range of what you would tip these two? Thanks so much for your input - we are so excited to leave in less than two weeks!

Great to know all this. We were planning on going on this cruise and will pass. Want to go on the Escape, but not that week!
