Thank you Crewsweeper! We sail in July. Does that mean we really arrive at 11am Cozumel time?

We are cruising for the first time on the Carnival Victory. It does not dock into Cozumel until 12 noon. Will we have enough time to go to Paradise Beach and shop? What time do the shops in town close?
