Whodat22 sounds like we had a similar experience, unfortunately my roomie and I paid for and did not receive VIP treatment! I've already emailed Reach Media to voice my dissatisfaction and I encourage you to do the same, they need to know that we are not pleased! 2012 was my first time on this cruise and I had a blast, after this year I don't think I'll ever go again or recommend to anyone else? I don't mind paying extra in the name of charity but I can't help but feel like I got ripped off!
