I like to exaggerate.  Please don't believe what I say.

Years ago before Covid, my credit limit was over $500k for my credit card.  They were giving back 5% rebate for travel charges.

I charged $400k to the card playing table games and received my $20k rebate from the credit card.  I was able to do it again the next month for $500k.  So total was 45k return.

The year after, I went on the same cruise and they told me I had to pay 5% fee for table games.  I declined.  I think someone ruined the fun.  Bummer.  

I think he had some changes.  He wanted extra $12.

I see Costa Maya going down and losing lots of business due to bad practices.

Hopefully soon.

This was my 3rd trip to Costa Maya this year and my last.

Very disappointing.

Our trip to Mahahual ended and caught a taxi back to the ship.

Negotiated $8 for the ride.

When arrived, gave $20 for the ride and he took the money and gave no change.

I have asked for the change and he said no change and left. 

MSC food used to be good but it seems like they have downgraded due to virus.  Hopefully they will bounce back with more games and better food.

MSC do not have craps table games. 

Kind of small casino area and my personal experience was not good as Royal or Celebrity.

Yes, I think it is the middle ones that were the worst.  Wonder who came with that elevator idea.

MSC does have chat feature for adults, no children.

MSC sucks.  Their morning breakfast buffet was same food every morning and long line for omelet.  They should learn or try Royal C and see how they do it the right way.

SeaShore elevator is so bad compared to other ships, you will hate it.  It is new ship so it is clean.  Crew on the ship is awesome.  Shows are ok but not great.  They should be able to do better.  Maybe it is due to Covid that they can't hire good shows.  No competition activities like Royal C.  I think they are trying to cut costs.  Lots of room for improvement.  MSC management should try other cruise ships so they can learn how to do it right. 

Seashore's elevator is the WORST I have ever seen.  What is your opinion? 

So many people hated these elevators so I don't think I am alone on this matter.

Just warning:

If you received email approving NAAT, please let us know the email address or give us actually scanned of the email so we can take it to the check in. 

When we requested, they DENIED ever saying NAAT is approved.  She repeated twice, if you do not have Antigen or PCR, you would need to go to local testing site and get the results before ship sails.  No refunds or credit towards your next booking since you are responsible for getting the correct test results.  If it comes positive, that would be another story.  You have to fly back home and request for refunds.  

Summary - Sure thing is Rapid Antigen or PCR.  Anything else, you are gambling until you are inside the ship.  Maybe this would be my last sailing with MSC.

Similar incident happened in US cruising.  They canceled stop at the last minute.

I have been on Royal more than 2 x compared to MSC and never happened in Royal C.  I think it is cruise line.  MSC ships are awesome but management and how they are running the company is definitely not good as other cruise companies.

MSC rep told me I should cancel my cruise for next week since NAAT does not qualify.  They will not give me refund or credit towards next cruise.  Either MSC customer service is terrible or they don't want you to cruise with MSC.

I have called MSC customer service and asked if we can do Rapid NAAT and they told me that does not qualify.  Only PCR and antigen test.  I have used NAAT test on Royal Caribbean in February 2022 without any problem.  Does anyone know for sure?  I have checked MSC website and they only mention PCR and antigen test.
