We are booking a cruise to Panama Canal. What are the advantages of booking directly with Celebrity vs using a travel agent.

We are coming in two days before the cruise. We want hotel near pikes market. As far as price, we want moderate, not too expensive but a decent hotel.

Can anyone recommend good hotels to stay in Seattle before an alaskan cruise!
