Yes, the price drop must match the previous offer. If the new offer/price has only a $50 OBC that is all you would get, you lose the $125 offer. In your case, appears best to keep what you have.
Thank you for clarifying. I definitely kept what I had :)

I made a "mock" booking and the price was $29.75 less expensive (it was the cabin right next door). I called to see if I could get a price adjustment. The agent told me that because I had already booked and had a $125 OBC it would make the fare the cheaper price but it would adjust my OBC to only $50. Does this sound normal?
What was your upgrade offer and what did you bid

I am sailing on July 15th Sun. This was originally a cruise to Cuba but now its Key West/Bahamas itinerary. I booked an OX (outside guarantee) and they just assigned the cabin today. I know I take a chance with a guarantee cabin but do you all know if they will re assign the cabin closer to sailing to a better cabin? The cabin they confirmed was an outside porthole room far forward, not the most desirable cabin but I know that's the chance you take with a guarantee assignment. I've also put in a bid for upgrade but not holding my breath on getting upgraded to balcony.
