We used the military OBC offer once before and just reverified my husband's eligibility.  I thought I recalled we were then asked for our reservation number and it was applied to our upcoming, already booked cruise. The offer now seems to read for new bookings only.  Can it be added to our existing reservation that is still six months away and how would that be done?

We're sailing in 2 weeks. I filled out the verification form last Saturday and the $100 was deposited in my account on Wednesday. My TA told me that it was handled by a 3rd party and usually takes 3-4 days after you submit the form.

  2. I stumbled on this offer available to all active, retired and veteran military personnel.

Simply fill out the form and in about three days $100 OBC will be deposited in your account.

It looks like it can be done either during booking or after the fact as I did.

This is not a scam, I verified it with my TA prior to completing the form.

  3. I went to the Celebrity Web site to research the credit card and it says that on a new card you get 10,000 bonus with the first qualifying purchase. No where does it explain what constitutes a qualifying purchase. Can anyone help me.  We are cruising in 3 weeks on the Summit and I will apply for a credit card if I can get the points.

  4. We are sailing next month on the Equinox to the eastern Caribbean with port stops in San Juan, St Maarten,

St Thomas, Punta Cana and Nassau.

We have never been to any of these port and would appreciate any suggestions for excursions.

Only interested in probably one beach trip, otherwise more culturally oriented.

  5. I went on line today and went through the check in process and got our express passes. Tried to make the reservations for the anytime dining and hit a wall.

I then called a very nice lady named Amber at the Captain's Club and she took care of the reservations for me with an email confirmation. Got the exact times we wanted on each night.

Also tried to sign up for the Cruise Connections Meet and Mingle party and again hit a wall with the web site. Amber was able to take care of the for me as we

Celebrity's web site is a DISASTER!!

Captain's Club phone customer service is excellent, can't say the same about the web site.

  6. I have read alot about the changes to the classic and premium packages concerning can soda vs fountain soda. I don't really care if my soda is can or fountain, not being a coffee drinker I like a coke first thing in the morning. Where can I find a coke at say 7am.
