Hello,
With Royal Caribbean's push to add more speciality restaurants, you'd think they make the MDR menus available so you can plan accordingly. I haven't been able to find any recent ones though. Can anyone share photos or links to help?

We are not booked in a spa cabin, but I always use the sauna when I cruise. Will I have to purchase a spa package in order to use the sauna?
From what I've read, yes. It is around $200

It changed in November 2013 - they revamped all the plans, and there's no more requirement that everyone purchase, which is awesome when you're sailing with someone that doesn't drink, or that only drinks soda. :)
That is helpful, thank you!

Neither Royal Caribbean nor Celebrity require all passengers in a stateroom to purchase a package if one does.
We were on the Freedom of the Seas last year (Royal Caribbean) and they made us both purchase the plan.

Good to know, thank you!

Do double shots in single drinks count as 1 or 2?

Do double cocktails count as 2?

Hopefully, a year later they have implemented it on the Breeze. Can anyone confirm?

Starboard is the smoking side

Became hooked on Camel Crushes after sailing on the Freedom of the Seas and getting them duty free. Does anyone now if they are also carried on the Carnival Breeze?

Our balcony was located on the Upper Deck (6) so we had the closest deck to the Lanai Deck below (5). Contrary to similar comments like yours, we didn't encounter any problems with smokers from below or lack of privacy. Although it is true that there are hot tubs located on the Lanai, we had looked at the deck plan before booking and made sure that our balcony was not located above any of them.
Here are some pictures of the view from our balcony on the Upper deck:
What room were you in? We're on the same level and think I may have booked one near the hot tub. Is that the hot tub with the half circle protruding from the ship?

the excuse is... you can celebrate love for the rest of your life, but you can only celebrate "Just Married" when you... just married... once, hopefully no second and third time lol.
Hey, anyone know the different between Honeymoon decoration vs Just Married decoration?
Thanks
We ordered the honeymoon ones and received Celebrate Love (valentine's day in August!)
-
Beware if you are ordering cabin decorations...make sure you know what you're getting.
DS and DIL are on their honeymoon on Jewel of the Seas. I ordered the Just Married decorations for the cabin. I have seen them many times on other ships and know that the door sign says "just married"...I've also seen some that say "honeymoon". And the inside decorations were supposed to be wedding bells.
What they actually got was red hearts with cherubs and the door sign says "celebrate love". They look like valentine's decorations
Now I know the website says styles are subject to change, but if I'm ordering a product that is called "JUST MARRIED" decorations, they should say JM on them. I don't care if they changed the design, colors, etc. but they should not change the wording without changing the description on the website.
To me this would be equivalent to ordering Happy Birthday decorations that don't say HAPPY BIRTHDAY
Anyway, after calling gifts and gear and getting a supervisor, I was told this is the new Just Married decoration...what??? I'm guessing they're also using the same one for anniversary decorations. Anyway, they were nice enough to refund my $31.
I know many of you say buy your own at the dollar store and do it yourself, but my kids sent me the birthday decorations last year and they were such a nice surprise and I enjoyed them all week, so I thought it would be nice for the honeymooners. :D Not to mention that obviously I didn't go on the honeymoon with them so I wouldn't have been able to decorate it myself;)
Thank you for sharing! I am going on my honeymoon on Sunday and ordered the Just Married decorations. I would have been upset if I saw the Celebrate Love replacements, simply for the false advertising. I am canceling tomorrow!

Thanks to all! Rhonda, that is interesting....mine will have to be confiscated because it's coming with me.

No health reasons, prefer white noise and circulation.

Hello,
We must have a fan when we sleep, there was a mention of someone wanting to bring a fan onboard, and there seemed to be some disappointment but there was no mention of it being forbidden. Has anyone brought a fan aboard the FOS? -
In another forum, here is a list including wines from a very recent cruise: http://postimg.org/image/tisgu65sv/
Izumi Hibachi Experience not available on Oasis of Seas 9/12 sailing
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted · Edited by PeteyPeek
My wife and I love Hibachi and I noticed that reservations covered Sushi so I inquired: "Hibachi tables are only located onboard the Allure of the Seas and the Oasis of the Seas. If you are booked onboard one of these ships, Hibachi will automatically be included. If you are booked on any other ship, Hibachi will not be available.
While most of our ships do not offer traditional Hibachi dining, they do offer Hot Rock (Ishiyaki). When you order this dish, you choose from a selection of meats and vegetables and they are brought to your table along with the hot rock. The hot rock is at 575 degrees Fahrenheit, a perfect surface for you to cook your food to your liking."
We are on the 9/19 sailing
