Well that's the last straw...

 

 

Here’s our tour ticket. Second RCI excursion on the same trip. New high for us. Again after much study on the CC boards, we landed on this for a beach day excursion. It’s called “Secret Sands Beach Exclusive and Skyline Drive”. The cost was $52 per person and it was well worth it as you will see. There are two times to choose from (morning and afternoon with a slight overlap. We chose the afternoon, which left at 1:00 from the port. The beach outing is first with the Skyline Drive part on the way back.

 

 

 

 

We are booked on this excursion in June for the same reasons.

What kind of beverages were provided?

Some reviews mention snacks. Did he have any snacks!

But they are not inexpensive.

It's not a big deal. While our cabin did not have lifeboat directly underneath, the next cabin back did and this is looking back that direction.

We are sailing on her again next year...on the same deck, 6, because we like the convenience to the promenade and such. But there will be a lifeboat below us this next time and we are not concerned.

I HOPE this is true, BUT I don't see the word "Starbucks" anywhere on the card. Maybe these will be for the Royal Caribbean coffee place?

Why do they have all the hand sanitizer stands around to use before you can grab a plate then????:confused:

It kills most bacteria and viruses, but not Noro. That's why they have the handwashing video now.

Alcohol-based hand sanitizers can be used in addition to hand washing. But, they should not be used as a substitute for washing with soap and water. See “Handwashing: Clean Hands Save Lives.”

Off to the store to buy some hand sanitizer.

FYI, hand sanitizer does NOT kill Norovirus. You must wash your hands with soap.

we love deck 6. one floor down to the promenade, same deck as the boardwalk, two floors up to central park. elevators on oasis class are a pain - there just are not enough - so it's nice to be able to get to most of the hot spots by taking the stairs.

 

one potential downside is that the deck 6 balconies are right above the lifeboats. i've never found it a problem or that it obstructs my view, but that might depend on your location.

 

I agree. Great location.

We had 6546 (front of ship) and there was no lifeboat under us. The next cabin was in the clear as well. Probably around 6550 and back had lifeboats.

We are going again next year and have a similar location.

They definitely have math issues on the site.

When it comes to internet (30% off), they have the price right for 1, 3, and 4 devices, but the 2 devices is way off. With the way they have it set up, it's cheaper to do 2x 1 device than 1x 2 devices. The 3 devices is only $9 more than 2 devices for a 7 day cruise (with the incorrect math).
