Thank you!

Hello!
We are traveling on the 8/22 serenade of the seas RT Copenhagen for 8 nights. Does anyone know what hours the toddler nursery is open? Also, how does sign up for hours work? Is it first come first serve on embarkation day? And how many hours are typically allocated per family? Do we need to try to get on the boat first and beeline it there?
Also, any bits of advice for cruising with a toddler? We have done one cruise on Celebrity with the little one when she was 7months... On this cruise she'll be a little over 2.5.
Many thanks!!!

Thank you again for all your positive encouragement! We are now leaning towards booking the cruise!!
Wurmine- we love our bugaboo, and I would love to bring it versus an umbrella stroller. Did it fit inside the cabin alright? Also, any advice for flying with it? Did you bring a carseat to attach to the bugaboo, or just the stroller seat?

Thank you everyone for all your thoughtful comments, we greatly appreciate them! Especially regarding the ports and ease to DIY.
Essiesmom: how has the weather been so far? Have the ports been very crowded?
Thank you!!

Hello,
My husband and I have cruised a handful of times, but are now trying to plan out first "getaway" with our almost 6 month old daughter (will be nearly 7 months on June 26).
We would like to get thoughts on bringing a baby on a port intensive cruise (1 sea day out of a 14 day cruise) and cruising on the Celebrity Silhouette with a baby.
Also, any guidance on whether bringing a baby on excursions is doable and whether the ports on the itinerary could just be done on their own. We have been to both Venice and Rome previously, but the other ports are all new to us.
Also, is it silly to book a guaranteed Conceirge class room? We are planning on bringing a travel crib, stroller, and are trying to determine if a car seat is necessary (we are comfortable not bringing, if we are sticking with large tour busses or walking)
Many thanks!!!
Room Divider?!? Junior Suite Explorer of the Seas
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
Hi everyone,
We have a hump Jr Suite Booked on the Explorer of the Seas, and I am worried now about the "room divider/partition" based off of some You Tube videos, it looks like it at most divides the room by 1-2 feet? Is this correct?
We were on the Serenade of the Seas last year, and it extended half way across the room, giving our 2.5 year old (at the time) some privacy and allowed us to use ipads, etc without disturbing her at nap time.
I would appreciate any information or advice on how we can recreate a divider somehow so that we aren't sitting in the dark!
Thanks!
