You rock the pixie! and even the bald is good, I just think that might be more upkeep than the pixie on a cruise.

I would do a pixie! Both gray and pixies are in right now so take advantage of it! Here is a link (I hope it works) she had her long hair cut super short and it is so cute! Find a good stylist and go for it!

We stayed at the Surfcomber by Doubletree. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The pool area is beautiful, it's right on the beach, nice location for walking/shopping/eating.

I too am looking into this fr my cruise at the end of march, any ideas what would be the best time for a flight home. I don't want to wait hours at airport but I don't want to cut it too close either.

Have you checked the FAQ's for the cruise line you are sailing on. I know Carnival has recommended earliest flight times on theirs.

We will be flying into Orlando next May for our cruise out of Port Canaveral. Looking around at different options for air transportation/overnight stay options. I ran across a Fly, Snooze & Cruise Package with Comfort Inn in Cocoa Beach.
I was just wondering if anyone actually used this package and what they're experience was with it. It says there is transportation from the airport to the hotel, then to the cruise terminal then transportation back to Orlando after the cruise.

I was just looking at one of these. Are you looking at the one with Cocoa Beach Shuttle? I'm wondering if you get to pick the hotel you want to stay at?

This is a really good list with many options for mixing/matching. The only thing I will suggest is possibly another swim suit. I find they don't always dry and I don't like putting them on if they are damp.

Awwwwww, I just watched it (pre-recorded) literally right before I sat down at my computer just now. I am still drying my tears! :(;) I too enjoyed the show very much over the years! Does anyone remember the first year? Before Clinton? With Wayne Scot Lukas?
Do you know if these are available to watch anywhere? I've missed that and a few other episodes. I can't imagine the show without Clinton!
I've really enjoyed watching it over the years. They have helped me and I'm sure countless others. I wish them both the best!

Thanks Dianne, I'm pretty sure this is not pure vanilla extract. Whenever it's sold for so cheap it's usually not real. Here is a link to a good article on vanilla and the vanilla sold in Mexico.

Can someone post the ingredient list from the Los Cinco Soles Natural Gourment Vanilla. I would be interested in buying some but only if it is pure vanilla extract.

I agree that 800 cal a day for 8 weeks won't be a problem. The problem will be when you try to start eating more than that again.
And no I am not trying to sabotage, just being realistic. I have not seen one person use this plan and not have to go back on it because when they went off they gained the weight back.

I read many of the opinions from patients provided in the link. It seems that many regained weight and are wanting to do it again. So like any diet it only works while you are on it. When you go off you gain it back and have to diet again.
I would think it healthier to learn to eat in moderation and exercise. Learning what your body needs without paying for injections, appetite surpressants....

I don't know how anyone can funtion on so little food. I tried to stay around 1200, I was hungry all the time and did not feel good. I did a BMR calculator that said I could go up to 1800 to maintain where I am. I am guessing I get close to that most days. The last time I tried tracking I got to 1520. It is hard to track calories when you cook and don't use alot of prepack.
I'm with Odoyal, I would rather eat & exercise!

yes this is the 500cal with hormone injections diet.
Yes there are alot of people using it and losing weight. I would be very skeptical of injecting anything into my body. Plus 500 cal. is nothing, how can it even be healthy?

I know for me it is the change in eating. I cook alot but use herbs & spices and not much salt, so I find the food on the ship and in restaurants to be salty. Sometimes on the ship I cannot even finish a ceasar salad because it just tastes to salty.
Plus flying doesn't help. I read that you should try to get up and walk around to keep your circulation moving.
I have to say that I am glad the water on the ships is so good. I drink alot of it all of the time and I would not like to have to haul water with me. We always say hydration is the key! And in the hot sun and wind you can dehydrate very quickly.

Great job on packing light! It's so much easier than lugging big bags filled with things you don't really need.
