Hi Dana and Mauro. Welcome. This will be mine and Greg's first TA. Really looking forward to it.

 

There's a great group of people on this sailing even if this particular roll call doesn't look very active. The main CC roll call and a group on a popular social media site (that we are apparently not allowed to mention :eek:) are quite active and have a lot of guys who have done this sailing in the past as well. I'm sure you might very well know some from last year.

 

Also, I was checking today for a friend and noticed a bunch of balcony cabins just opened up so if you want one, it might be worth checking to see if you can switch.

Can you send me the link to the main thread - I had a hard time finding this one...lol

I just called and the balcony is 700 more - so I think we will pass. We paid the exact same last year for the balcony as we are paying for the inside this year - and barely used it - so its hard to justify the extra money.

We didn't really participate in any of gatherings last year as we were travelling with 2 of our straight girlfriends - but this years its just us - so we are planning on meeting up.

Can't wait for it to get here -I am not wishing my summer away - but I am looking forward to relaxing.

This will be our 2nd Transatlantic Cruise - we did last year as well - but this time just the 2 of us (so far) we are 41 and 38 (or at least will be at the time of sailing) and are from Toronto - looking forward to it already - no balcony this time - they were sold out - so interior it is :)
