Honestly, I was off work yesterday early afternoon and Dialed Casino Marketing and put the phone on Speaker. 3 hours and 10 minutes later an agent FINALLY picked up and I got the ship, sail date and even Lido Deck Balcony that I wanted. It was worth that horrible wait lol !
