     Celebrity allow you to buy one 1 package or 2 different  ones per cabin

    The 50% discount is only on the 7 for staycation cruises so perhaps it is the same for the Blue Light Card

  3. I booked Early saver as that was all that was available on line. I  had to phone P&O to add my extra Defence Discount OBC to be told that they were offering a 50% discount on the staycation cruises, which I agreed to take and forfeit the OBC.

  4. I just phoned P&O to get my DDS OBC added, the agent told me that they are offering 50% of all the staycation cruises if you have the defence card.  She kindly rebooked me so it was quite a saving  but no onboard credit😂

    We would also be covered if we did contract Covid as our travel was booked before the cut off date.

    At least I know we are fully coverd by our insurance if our trip to the US goes ahead. 

     

     

    Got the renewal notice today and the insurance is only £90.00 more than last year.

    She said my refund was processed on 13th. That it could take up to 5 working days to go into my credit card. She also explained that as We paid deposit then full then it will go back onto the two separate cards we used 

    That is what happened to us the deposit went back to Credit Card the rest into bank.

    My husband  only messaged P&O 2 weeks ago, and had an apology by return with the promise to look into the delay. We were very surprised on Wednesday when we got a message to say the payment had been proccessed on Tuesday. I hope P&O now have a better system in place for refunding everyone.

    It was around the end of March we put our claim in  We were due out on Aurora on 11 April. R006

    We got a notification today to say our refund had been proccessed yesterday, wonder how long it will be before the money actually reaches the relevant accounts. We were due on the 11 April Aurora cruise

    Yes I do recall that and as you say in extremis it’s an option, but we weren’t in control of the land there at the time and even if we had been there wasn’t the infrastructure in place, so everything had to be ship based. Very different scenario now and when you have land based options a cruise ship wouldn’t feature as a sensible alternative IMO. 

    We just had the Red and Green life machine there, which did an amazing job
