I did not confuse the two email I received said not to bring politics on this site

You need to finish cruise on Carnival and Celebrity to get new level.

When I booked our cruise I was matched to gold then they tell me I am a welcome card.I received my paperwork today and it states I'm gold. So what am I.

We've upgraded to PremiumPlus for our upcoming Med cruise.

You can empty it yourself (the steward usually advises this - he won't take the items away, you have to store them in the cabin.  Just let him know you're going to do this).

I was told by MSC on Med cruise they don't offer premium+ package
