Carnival Pride vs Triumph?

we havent sailed on the pride yet, almost next may, but the freedom...we sailed on the triumph last sept...it was not near as nice as any other carnival ship..jmho...horrible strong odors, even on embarkation day! like laquer. i found out later it is a spray they use to cover the sewer odors. it woke us early one am, thought we were being gassed! no kidding. it was nasty. i have never sent back any dinners on carnival but on the triumph we sure did. the same tpaed music every day around the pool, no live music. even the pizza was not as good? i dont know why, we have sailed carnival alot, we sailed the glory twice, the first time it was wonderful, the second the food was not near as good. the same port roast 3 meals in a row at the buffet. we went on triumph b/c of the ports which were great. gr turk, half moon...we have a great time on any cruise but it was very lame, not much going on at all...but we were on a cruise, it was just not up to par at all..i guess that is y it is cheaper..cindy
