Anthem 6/14/18 Cruise Hotel and transfer advice

I did some searching before posting, but it seems like the right answer here is different for each person so I thought I would post our specific details and see what the suggestions are. Thanks in advance for your help.

 

There are four of us traveling together: my wife and I, and our two adult sons. One room will be fine as long as it has two queen beds. We arrive in Newark from Denver at 4:30 on 6/13 (the day before our cruise). Our return flight is at 12:15 on Saturday 6/23 also out of Newark.

 

We are looking for a hotel that is convenient to EWR and/or the cruiseport with some restaurants nearby for us to get dinner. We also will need transportation from the airport to the hotel, and then from the hotel to the cruiseport, as well as from the cruiseport back to EWR after the cruise.
