The ultimate answer is that the schedule will be released when DCL is ready...when they have signed the port contracts and made all the arrangements.

 

Based on past years, this should be somewhere in the Mid March to early April range. TAs will be notified a day or two before the booking starts, and as soon as they are informed, someone will post the information here. The way I do it is to contact my TA, a DCL specialist, and let them know that I'm interested. That way, I'll get a personal e-mail as soon as they hear something in addition to their mass mailing and what I'll hear on the boards.
